Our Fieldwork Principles and Practices

• All projects are supervised by experienced full time MIRC field managers and all briefings are personally conducted in location
  
  
• Tight quota controls are implemented
  
  
• Timings are met due to well designed working plans, which are unique for each single project
  
  
• Sampling is based on our in home analysis of the demographic characteristics of the target universe
  
  
• We implement procedures to develop the honesty, accuracy, personality and intelligence of the field team
  
  
• Training procedures are developed in - home for each country
  
  
• All questionnaires are edited on a daily basis and feedback is given to interviewers
  
  
• At least 10% of each interviewer's work is backchecked a day after completion of the interviews
  
  
• Twice a week updates are available to inform managers in charge of the project for its performance
